HR Intern

Role Overview

As an HR Intern at Zepcruit, students will gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end talent acquisition and HR operations while supporting the growth of our AI-driven recruitment platform. Interns will work in a fast-paced startup environment, assisting with hiring, candidate experience, and internal HR coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in screening and shortlisting candidates based on predefined criteria such as per job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule AI-based interviews and ensure seamless communication with candidates.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases, candidate trackers.
• Support the HR team with end-to-end hiring coordination, documentation, and follow ups.
• Ensure accurate and timely data management, including organizing candidate information and maintaining hiring records.

Skills Required

• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to HR technologies and AI-based hiring tools.
