About the Role

Luna_home_massage is a spa and wellness provider focused on delivering relaxing, high-quality massage and beauty treatments in a comfortable, client-centered environment. This is a full-time, on-site Spa Therapist role based in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a range of spa services, including massages, facials, pedicures, and other treatments according to company standards and client needs.
• Welcome clients and conduct consultations.
• Recommend suitable treatments.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area.
• Follow hygiene and safety protocols.
• Manage appointment schedules.
• Support a positive client experience through professional communication and customer service.
• Coordinate with team members.
• May assist with basic reception tasks such as answering queries and explaining services.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Skills in spa treatments and facials.
• Skills in pedicures and basic cosmetology.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to follow hygiene standards.
• Ability to maintain treatment equipment.
• Ability to work on a shift basis as required.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work calmly and professionally in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant certification or training in spa therapy, massage, or cosmetology is preferred.
• Prior experience in a spa, salon, or wellness center is an advantage.
