French Teacher, German Teacher and Spanish Teacher

About the Role

Vimokshaa Foundation is an education-focused organization dedicated to expanding access to high-quality learning opportunities across diverse communities. This is a remote contract role for French Teacher, German Teacher, and Spanish Teacher (Fresher) positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver online lessons.
• Introduce core language structures.
• Support learners in developing reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
• Prepare teaching materials.
• Conduct live virtual classes or one-on-one tutoring sessions.
• Assign and review practice work.
• Provide constructive feedback to help learners progress.
• Track learner performance.
• Adapt teaching strategies to different proficiency levels.
• Collaborate with the foundation to align content with program objectives.
• Fresher candidates will receive guidance on teaching methods and may assist in developing basic curricula and participating in teacher training activities.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in the relevant target language (French, German, or Spanish), with strong grammar and vocabulary knowledge.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English for coordination and learner support.
• Comfort with online teaching tools, video conferencing platforms, and digital learning resources.

Qualifications

• Skills in French Teaching and general Teaching to deliver structured language instruction.
• Skills in Tutoring and Education to support individual learner needs and facilitate effective learning environments.
• Skills in Teacher Training or willingness to participate in ongoing training.
• Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a learner-focused mindset, suitable for working with diverse age groups and backgrounds.
• Relevant academic background in languages, education, or related fields; fresh graduates and early-career educators are encouraged to apply.
