Technical Recruiter

Job Title: Technical Recruiter (Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and hire candidates matching job order requirements for existing and new accounts.
• Develop action plans and recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates using various recruiting tools, including job boards (Dice, Monster, etc.) and social networks (LinkedIn).
• Match and qualify candidates based on their strengths against client requirements.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews.
• Negotiate salary/wage rates and other conditions of employment.
• Gain candidate acceptance for resume submission to clients.
• Extend offers of employment.
• Document activities in the provided database.
• Work both independently and in a team environment.
• Collaborate with other departments when required.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Excellent communication skills (rated 7/10).
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, and establish facts.
• Ability to write documentation in the appropriate database.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate / Post-Graduates with good academic records.
• Ability to effectively communicate with all types of people, including listening, understanding, and conveying ideas and opinions.
• Ability to develop good relationships with various types of people.
• Ability to handle conflict well.

Shift & Location

• Night Shift: 07:30 PM - 04:30 AM
• Location: Noida Sector 68 - ONSITE
