Position: Talent Acquisition Recruiter
Work Mode: Remote (Work From Home)
Compensation: Target-Based
Salary: Up to ₹10,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Meet assigned recruitment targets within the given timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Ability to identify and attract suitable candidates.
- Good follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage recruitment activities independently while working remotely.
