About the Role

As an Implementation Support Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in supporting the implementation, configuration, testing, and ongoing functionality of Sirion's enterprise SaaS platform. You will collaborate with Customer Success, Professional Services, Service Desk, Quality Assurance, Product, and Engineering teams to understand customer requirements, validate platform functionality, troubleshoot issues, and support successful implementations. This internship offers an opportunity to build practical experience in enterprise SaaS applications, functional testing, quality assurance, application configuration, and implementation support.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand Customer Requirements: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and validate application functionality against customer expectations.
• Support Platform Configuration: Assist in making configuration changes within the Sirion platform and validate their functionality through testing.
• Functional Testing & Quality Assurance: Execute functional test cases to verify application workflows, business processes, and configuration changes.
• Defect Identification & Tracking: Identify, document, and track application defects while coordinating with QA, Product, and Engineering teams for resolution.
• Regression Testing: Support regression testing following configuration changes, enhancements, or defect fixes to ensure existing functionality remains unaffected.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Assist in UAT activities by preparing test scenarios, validating business requirements, and documenting issues.
• Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Investigate application issues, perform initial analysis, and coordinate with relevant teams to support timely resolution.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Customer Success, Professional Services, Service Desk, QA, Product, and Engineering teams to support customer implementations.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain test cases, defect logs, configuration records, and process documentation to ensure effective knowledge sharing.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance application functionality, testing processes, and implementation efficiency.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic understanding of software applications, enterprise SaaS platforms, and web-based technologies.
• Familiarity with software testing concepts, including functional testing, regression testing, test cases, and defect reporting.
• Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and troubleshoot application issues.
• Basic understanding of application configuration, user roles, permissions, and access management.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to understand business requirements and document processes, issues, and test results.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and testing methodologies.
• Good organizational skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and a sense of ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• B.E., B.Tech, BCA, MCA, or equivalent technical qualifications preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Exposure to academic projects involving software applications, testing, or technology implementations would be an advantage.

Stipend: 25,000 for a duration of 6 Months
