Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Responsibilities
- Sourcing candidates through various job portals and professional networking sites.
- Screening and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements.
- Conducting initial interviews and assessing candidate suitability.
- Coordinating with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback.
- Managing the offer process and onboarding coordination.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in sourcing tools and job portals.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Fresher to 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Strong ability to understand technical requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good negotiation and influencing skills.
