About the Role

- Support local invoicing processes, including Mexico’s CFDI electronic invoicing requirements, invoice validation, and reconciliation.
- Track shipments, activation dates, and billing milestones; proactively flag delays or potential payment slips.
- Maintain accurate systems and trackers so order status, risks, and pending items are visible and actionable.
- Own past-due balances and unapplied cash on assigned work until fully reconciled.
- Communicate with Spanish-speaking customers and internal teams to resolve operational and billing issues.
- Identify and improve inefficient processes to streamline future orders.

- Ability to communicate clearly and raise problems early, with a dollar amount and next step.
- Experience building lightweight operational automations or reporting to reduce manual work.
- Experience using an AI coding tool (Claude Cowork, Cursor, Copilot, or similar) to build a functional script, tracker, or workflow.
