Internship Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world HR experience, work closely with the founder, and build a strong foundation for a career in human resources.
Internship Type: Unpaid | Part-time / Flexible Hours
Duration: 1 to 3 months (extendable based on performance)
Location: Remote / Hybrid (as per availability)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates
- Coordinate interviews and maintain recruitment trackers
- Support onboarding and documentation processes
- Help in creating job descriptions and posting on job portals
- Maintain employee databases and support daily HR operations
- Engage in basic policy documentation and employee engagement activities
- Assist in training and coordination of new interns or team members
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in the HR field
- Prior HR-related coursework or experience is a plus (not mandatory)
