Role Description

• Full-time, on-site Cashier role.
• Handle daily point-of-sale (POS) transactions.
• Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
• Issue receipts.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer.
• Greet and assist customers.
• Answer basic inquiries.
• Ensure a smooth checkout experience.
• Reconcile tills at shift end.
• Report discrepancies.
• Follow company procedures for refunds, returns, and discounts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the checkout area.
• Comply with cash-handling and security policies.
• Work collaboratively with the local team to support operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle cash, card, and digital transactions accurately.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Professional and courteous approach to customers.
• Basic knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems or willingness to learn new transaction-processing tools and software.
• Reliability and integrity in cash handling.
• Adherence to company policies and security procedures.
