About the Role
You're excited about helping people and want to learn how to support customers in a fun, fast-paced environment. You'll do things like answering customer emails, chats, and texts, scheduling meetings, welcoming customers into our video meeting room, and keeping track of who's waiting and who's called in. You're comfortable working alongside a team that cares about doing a great job, and you're ready to learn new skills like managing your time, staying organized, and communicating clearly. To do well in this role, you'll want to be confident, friendly, and positive, even when things get busy. You'll often be the first person a customer talks to, so making a good first impression matters. Being able to manage your time and stay on top of things will help you succeed. At HighLevel, everyone stays on camera during calls with customers, teammates, and managers.
