About the Role

YoursCollege EdTech Solutions is seeking motivated individuals to join its customer engagement team as Telecalling Interns. This opportunity is designed for candidates who want to build practical experience in communication, customer interaction, and business outreach across any industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain relevant products, services, or opportunities clearly.
• Understand customer requirements, respond to basic questions, and share accurate information.
• Maintain call records, update lead information, and follow up with interested prospects.
• Coordinate with the internal team to share feedback and support lead conversion activities.
• Meet daily calling and follow-up goals while maintaining professional communication standards.
• Work six days a week and participate in regular team discussions and performance reviews.

Requirements

• Open to candidates with no experience or up to six months of experience in telecalling, sales, customer support, or any industry.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Comfort with speaking to customers over the phone and maintaining a positive attitude.
• Basic ability to use a computer or smartphone for recording information and coordinating follow-ups.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and work consistently during the six-month internship.

This is a paid, six-month internship based in Nagpur, Maharashtra, with a monthly stipend of ₹4,000 to ₹8,000.

The role follows a full-time schedule with six working days each week.
