The Role

We are looking for an HR Intern to help run hiring end to end. You will source candidates, coordinate interviews, keep the pipeline moving & help new people settle in. You will work closely with the Founder’s Office and see how a team actually gets built. This is a hands-on role, not a shadowing one. You will own real pieces of the hiring process from day one.

What You’ll Work On

• Source candidates on LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala & other channels.
• Screen applications and shortlist the right people for each role.
• Coordinate interviews, schedules & follow-ups.
• Help with offer letters, onboarding & joining formalities.
• Keep the hiring tracker clean and up to date.
• Help with day-to-day HR and people operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills, both in writing and on a call.
• Organised and detail-oriented.
• Proactive.
• Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude.
• A genuine interest in HR, people & building teams.
• Available full-time, on-site in Gurugram, for 3 months.

Nice to Have

• Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, business, or a related field.
• Any past experience in recruitment, coordination, or people-facing work.
• Interest in startups, fitness, nutrition, or wellness.
