About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site Store Associate role based in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations.
- Receive, inspect, and organize inventory and materials used in the coating center.
- Maintain accurate stock records.
- Prepare items for production.
- Support basic store documentation.
- Coordinate with production and procurement teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Assist with dispatch and logistics.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the store area.
- Provide courteous, efficient support to internal stakeholders and visiting customers or partners.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Loyalty skills.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication.
- Retail Sales and Store Management skills.
- Attention to detail and basic knowledge of inventory control or warehouse practices.
- Ability to work on-site, stand for extended periods, and handle light to moderate physical tasks safely.
- Basic computer skills for using inventory or ERP systems, spreadsheets, and email.
- Prior experience in store operations, warehouse, or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Vocational or technical training in logistics or materials management is beneficial.
