The Opportunity

As Associate – Graphics, you will design the posters, banners, thumbnails, and campaign creatives. You will work closely with marketing, content, and growth teams, and use AI tools.

What You'll Do

• Design social posts, banners, thumbnails, and posters for every title launch.
• Turn rough briefs from marketing, content, and growth teams into clean designs within the agreed turnaround.
• Build and update layouts in Figma for the app, web, and campaigns.
• Create design variations for testing, and work with the growth team to find which creatives get more clicks and views.
• Use AI tools to explore ideas and speed up first drafts, then refine each piece by hand.
• Own the hoichoi brand system.
• Prepare and deliver final files in the right sizes and formats for every platform.
• Take feedback quickly and finish revisions fast.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Strong command of Affinity and Photoshop, shown through real, shipped work.
• Working knowledge of Figma and Affinity including shared files and components.
• A sharp visual eye for layout, typography, color, and composition, shown in a portfolio.
• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, Canva AI, Notion AI) for research, concepting, and first drafts.
• Ability to handle several requests at once and deliver on tight deadlines.
• Clear communication, and comfort taking feedback and iterating.

Good to Have

• Basic motion or video editing (After Effects or Premiere).
• Interest in regional films, music, or pop culture.
• Experience designing for a media, OTT, or fast-moving social team.
