About the Role
The Client Relation Intern role is a part-time, on-site position based in Patna. This role offers exposure to legal practice operations and client service within a law firm setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing client interactions.
- Respond to client inquiries.
- Support clients in understanding the firm’s services and online resources.
- Coordinate appointments.
- Maintain client records.
- Provide front-line support in person, over phone, and via email.
- Ensure timely communication.
- Gather feedback on client needs.
- Help uphold high standards of client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- No legal background or qualification required.
- Strong client-focused abilities, including Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction skills.
- Experience or aptitude in Customer Support, with the ability to handle queries professionally and efficiently.
- Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact with diverse clients in a clear, respectful manner.
- Organizational skills for managing schedules, records, and follow-ups accurately.
- Ability to work on-site in Patna and manage part-time hours responsibly.
- Ability to collaborate within a team environment.
- Proficiency with email, office software, and online communication tools.
