HR Intern

About the Role

Tophawks Marketing Solutions is seeking a motivated HR Intern for a three-month, work-from-home opportunity. The intern will gain practical exposure to recruitment coordination, candidate communication, employee support, documentation, and people-focused business operations while working remotely with the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support candidate sourcing, profile review, interview scheduling, and recruitment follow-ups.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders through calls, email, and digital communication platforms.
• Assist with onboarding coordination, HR documentation, record maintenance, and status tracking.
• Help manage candidate communication across different regions and support language-sensitive interactions.
• Prepare basic reports, maintain accurate updates, and contribute to HR projects assigned by the team.
• Work independently from home while meeting deadlines and maintaining confidentiality.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Knowing at least one of the following is compulsory: Bengali or a Southern Indian regional language such as Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam.
• Fluency in both Bengali and a Southern Indian language is not required.
• Applicants should be comfortable communicating with candidates from diverse regional backgrounds.
• Interest in human resources, recruitment, or people operations is preferred.
• Good organization, attention to detail, follow-through, and basic proficiency with digital workplace tools are expected.
• The candidate must have a reliable internet connection and be available to complete the three-month remote internship.
