About the Role
- This internship offers hands-on experience as a development product management intern.
- The Undergraduate Intern Program runs 10-12 weeks, starting Summer 2027.
- Hourly pay will be $23.00/hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and provide solutions to solve complex problems using engineering principles.
- Assist in translating specifications and requirements into engineered solutions with speed and innovation in mind.
- Review concept sketches and provide technical support or product engineering for products.
- Work with a global team of engineers and designers.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in an accredited university as a rising senior, graduating in 2028.
- Majoring in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field of study.
- Detail-oriented, organized, methodical, process-oriented thinker.
- Effective time manager—able to juggle multiple tasks and competing priorities.
- Self-starter capable of working effectively independently or as part of a team.
- Possess good mechanical aptitude in the area of generating creative, simple mechanical solutions and troubleshooting existing mechanisms.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Integrate listening skills with the ability to apply learnings.
- Ability to be flexible to changing business priorities.
