Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Delivery Consultant Intern, you will learn and experience applying technical expertise for world-class delivery using consultative skills such as problem-solving (issue-/hypothesis-based methodologies), communication, and service orientation. As a member of IBM Technology Expert Labs, you will be client-focused, courageous, pragmatic, and technical to optimize and trailblaze new solutions that address real business challenges.

A 'day-in-the-life' in this role may include:

• Understanding clients' main challenges and developing solutions that help them reach true business value by working through phases of design, development integration, implementation, migration, and product support with a sense of urgency.
• Creating and executing agile plans responsible for installing and provisioning assets, testing, migrating to production, and day-two operations.
• Demonstrating a natural bias towards self-motivation, curiosity, initiative, in addition to navigating data and people to find answers and present solutions.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills while working across the client, partner, and IBM team.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Excellent communication and presentation skills that are equally engaging, compelling, and influential.
• Completed a technical degree, e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Applications, or an equivalent subject.
• Hands-on exposure to real-world application of computer science, information systems, or engineering concepts.
• Understanding and experience with at least 1 programming language, design tools, Quantum Computing (e.g., Python, Java, C/C++).
• Familiar with open architectural design including Kubernetes and Container design, database structures and data fabric, and integrating using APIs and scripting.
