Key Responsibilities

• Build connections with students across colleges and academic streams.
• Invite interested students to the official Adyapan WhatsApp community using approved communication.
• Promote relevant training programs, internships, webinars, and career opportunities.
• Encourage participation in student activities and guide interested students through registration.
• Share approved updates, answer basic queries, coordinate with the team, and provide regular outreach updates.
• Represent the organization responsibly while demonstrating leadership, communication, and teamwork.

Requirements

• Open to students from any college, university, or academic stream.
• No prior experience required; enthusiasm, consistency, and willingness to learn are important.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an interest in leadership, student engagement, and community development.
• Comfort using WhatsApp and social media platforms, and the ability to work independently from home.

This is a three-month remote internship.

Offerings

• Practical exposure to outreach, community building, coordination, networking, and student engagement.
• Selected interns may receive an offer letter, completion certificate, and letter of recommendation subject to applicable onboarding, performance, and completion requirements.
• Performance-based stipend: ₹5,000–₹20,000 per month according to program terms.
• Additional ₹500 incentive for each successful registration subject to applicable conditions.
