What You'll Do

• Source, recruit, and hire top talent for leadership, operations, and corporate roles
• Build relationships with candidates through networking, referrals, and direct outreach
• Conduct interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process
• Partner with business leaders to fill critical positions and build talent pipelines
• Learn recruiting, sales, and influence skills from experienced leaders
