Job Title: 2027 Investment Banking Full Time Analyst - Business Services (Chicago)
About the Role
The Full Time Analyst program will begin in July 2027. Analysts will work directly with Analysts and Associates to perform complex financial analysis for mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and fairness opinions. Analysts will work in small deal teams with two or more senior members of the firm to analyze and execute mergers and acquisitions and principal investment transactions. Analysts will have an opportunity to work closely with clients and perform financial modeling and valuation analyses.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated academic excellence; GPA of 3.5 or higher.
