About the Role
Join our team as a Customer Service Representative in a fast-paced, fun environment with opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers
- Run the register and cashier
- Make purchase suggestions
- Work with the food program
- Maintain high standards for store appearance (inside and out)
- Provide fast and friendly service to customers
- Interact with customers daily
- Accomplish daily tasks around the store
- Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Retail and customer service experience
- Sales associate or cashiering experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Motivation to advance in your career!
- Willingness to learn and have fun!
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Ability to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
- Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
- May require climbing a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs
Shift Availability
- Evenings (Weekdays + Weekend Availability Required)
- Full time
