About the Role
Join an innovative IT support team dedicated to pushing the boundaries of technology. This position plays a vital role in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of both classified and unclassified environments. The role reports to the IT Service Operations Manager and is accountable to the Information System Security Manager (ISSM) for security and compliance. This is a site-based position.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-user support for classified and unclassified requests.
- Execute client system deployments and hardware refreshes.
- Perform secure data transfers between isolated networks.
- Manage user accounts and access controls in accordance with policies.
- Conduct software evaluations and provide technical application support.
- Maintain hardware inventory and detailed system documentation.
- Ensure all technical activities align with NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) and ISSM established guidelines.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Windows 10/11 and Active Directory familiarity.
- Knowledge of NIST 800-53 or NIST 800-171 requirements.
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent IAT Level II certification.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds for hardware deployments.
Qualifications
- Completion of Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology or a related field.
- 0-3 years of full-time, relevant industry experience.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance required.
