About the Role

The Legal Internship at Loanclosure.in is a full-time, on-site role based in Agra. This role offers hands-on experience in practical law application, legal documentation, and exposure to financial sector regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents related to loan closure and associated matters.
• Conduct basic legal research.
• Support senior legal professionals in analyzing legal issues.
• Help prepare documentation for clients and financial institutions.
• Communicate with internal teams.
• Under guidance, may interact with clients to clarify documentation requirements or procedural steps.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of Law and an interest in financial and contract-related legal work.
• Ability to assist with Legal Consulting tasks, including analyzing straightforward Legal Issues under supervision.
• Skills in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, formatting, and reviewing basic legal documents.
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to clarity and professionalism.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a law degree (LL.B or equivalent).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
• Proficiency with basic office software (word processing, spreadsheets, document management tools).
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
