About the Role
Claro Energy is seeking a technically curious, high-energy fresh graduate to help build and run an AI-native marketing pod. This role is designed for someone hungry to learn and eager to get hands-on, working alongside a small team with an advanced AI tech stack.
Key Responsibilities
- Run the Content Factory: Shift from "writing" to "prompting and editing" to build templates and system prompts for AI-generated SEO, social, and ad copy at scale. Utilize gen-AI content tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Higgsfield, HeyGen, and ElevenLabs.
- Build Reusable Playbooks: Create and maintain AI skills and templates (e.g., on Claude) that encapsulate brand guidelines, tone, and design language for consistent output.
- Support the Pod: Assist marketing interns and the wider team in sharpening daily workflows, focusing on data quality, AI output auditing, and community engagement.
- Execute Agile Campaigns: Deploy intent-based outbound campaigns, set up dynamic website personalizations, and test ad variants using AI-driven platforms.
- Protect the Brand Soul: Support quality control to ensure output remains authentic and true to the brand's voice and strategic edge.
- Learn the AI Stack: Gain hands-on experience with workflows linking CRM, website, and outbound channels using automation tools like n8n, Make, and AI agents.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- AI-Native: Daily use of tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity. Comfort with writing detailed, context-rich prompts. Curiosity about agentic workflows.
- Gen-AI Content Curiosity: Interest in tools like Midjourney, Runway, Higgsfield, HeyGen, and ElevenLabs. Aptitude to learn these tools quickly.
- Technical Chops: Familiarity with webhooks, APIs, CRM data structures. Experience with vibe-coding tools such as Lovable, Bolt.new, or Replit Agent is a plus.
- Antifragile Mindset: Ability to thrive in iterative environments and adapt to changes in platform algorithms or AI model updates.
Qualifications
- Experience: 0–2 years. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Key Attributes: Curiosity, hustle, and a genuine appetite to learn are paramount.
