About the Role
- Accountable for probing, triaging, and dispatching jobs to the right person with the right skills using necessary tools, either via phone or email.
- Responsible for following the Business Code of Conduct, acting with integrity and due diligence.
- Identifying operational improvements and finding solutions by applying CI tools and techniques.
- Handling Inbound / Outbound Calls within critical metrics.
- Understanding and applying fundamental work theories, concepts, and processes in one's own area of work.
- Allocating the right person with the right skill at the right time.
- Responding with appropriate levels of urgency to situations that require quick response or turnaround.
- Ability to analyze root causes and handle 1st level issues.
- Ability to make informed and timely decisions.
