About the Role
- Internship opportunity in Finance & Accounts at Mafle, a performance marketing agency for consumer brands in India.
Key Responsibilities
- Track payments received and payments to be made to clients, vendors, and partners.
- Prepare and manage ROs (Release orders), IOs (Insertion orders), and POs (Purchase orders).
- Create, verify, and maintain invoices and billing records.
- Maintain daily expense records and basic bookkeeping.
- Reconcile payments, invoices, and outstanding balances.
- Follow up with clients and vendors regarding pending payments and invoices.
- Maintain organised financial records, spreadsheets, and supporting documents.
- Assist with monthly financial reports and other routine accounting tasks.
