Supply Chain & Logistics Operations Internship

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Supply Chain Intern to support our supply chain and operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring inventory levels and maintaining accurate stock records.
• Track purchase orders, product availability, and stock replenishment requirements.
• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and operations teams for smooth product movement.
• Monitor order processing, dispatches, deliveries, and returns.
• Maintain and update supply chain data using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Assist in coordinating with vendors and logistics partners regarding shipments and delivery status.
• Identify stock discrepancies and report delays or operational issues to the concerned team.
• Prepare regular reports related to inventory, orders, and dispatches.
• Support the team in improving operational efficiency and maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed a degree in BBA, B.Com, MBA, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
