Talent Acquisition Intern

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and identify potential talent pools
• Assist in the creation and posting of job listings
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
• Support the development of recruitment strategies
• Engage in candidate communications and relationship-building
• Provide regular progress updates

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing undergraduate/master studies
• Students with a basic understanding of recruitment and HR principles
• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and willing to learn
• Must have a personal desktop or laptop
