About the Role
The Mars Internship Experience (MIE) offers an opportunity to gain first-hand experience at a global FMCG company. This program includes positions in the Finance Team as a CA Industrial Internship, with a duration of 12 months. Interns will be mentored by Line Managers and interact with Senior leaders for personal and functional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Gain complete plant finance experience covering:
- Budgeting
- Variance analysis
- Costing
- CAPEX management
- Stakeholder management
- Manage projects independently, linked to the organization’s real needs.
- Develop recommendations and results with an impact on business functioning and results.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- CA Students willing to pursue industrial internships.
- Proficiency in tools: Excel (prefer Advanced level).
Qualifications
- High ambition and a desire to become a leader.
- Good leadership skills.
- Strong interest in positions across sales and marketing.
- Willingness to challenge the status quo and bring a fresh viewpoint.
- Desire to grow as a professional and person.
- Adaptability.
- Strong fundamentals in the Finance domain.
- Articleship with Big 4 is preferred.
