Role Description

A full-time, on-site role in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The Retail Sales Associate will:

• Greet and assist customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products to drive sales and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain product displays.
• Stock shelves.
• Monitor inventory levels.
• Help keep the store clean and organized.
• Process sales transactions.
• Handle returns or exchanges.
• Accurately manage cash or digital payments.
• Respond to customer inquiries.
• Resolve basic issues.
• Work closely with the store team to meet daily sales and service targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Retail Sales and sales skills, with the ability to meet targets and convert customer interest into purchases.
• Solid Product Knowledge and willingness to learn features, benefits, and pricing across the store’s range.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage customers, understand their needs, and provide clear, respectful support.
• Basic numeracy and comfort with point-of-sale systems, billing, and cash handling.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, manage physical tasks such as stocking, and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Additional training in sales or retail operations is an advantage.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per store requirements.
