About the Role
The Data Analyst Intern role is a remote internship focused on supporting data-driven decision-making across training and talent development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources.
- Perform basic data analysis and reporting.
- Assist in creating visualizations and dashboards to track performance metrics.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excel
- SQL
- Data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is beneficial.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills.
- Foundational Data Analytics capabilities.
- Knowledge of Statistics and the ability to apply statistical methods to interpret data.
- Basic Data Modeling skills and familiarity with organizing data for analysis.
- Clear Communication skills, including the ability to present findings in a structured and understandable way.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Attention to detail.
- Curiosity about data.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
