About the Role
- Expert-level proficiency in data manipulation and querying.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with business, product, and operations stakeholders to understand analytical requirements.
- Extract, transform, and analyze data.
- Analyze unstructured text data (e.g., user feedback, chatbot transcripts, survey responses).
- Apply text analytics and ML-based techniques (supervised and unsupervised) for insights.
- Design data science solutions and select SQL or Python strategies based on data volume, complexity, and use case.
- Design innovative workarounds and alternate analytical strategies when faced with tool, model, or dataset limitations.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- SQL: JOINS, GROUP BY, INDEXING, Stored Procedures.
- Advanced Excel: formulas, Pivot Tables.
- Python: Pandas, NumPy.
- Machine Learning: basic knowledge.
- Python Libraries: e.g., NLP, BERT, Pandas, NumPy.
- LLM APIs: e.g., ChatGPT/Gemini.
- Prompt Engineering.
- Experience with Apps Script and Google Workspace is a strong advantage.
