Procure To Pay Operations Associate

About the Role

• Aligned with the Finance Operations vertical.
• Responsible for determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions.
• Works within the Procure to Pay process, which manages the purchasing cycle from ordering goods/services to final payment.
• Contributes to ensuring efficient and accurate procurement and payment activities.
• Focuses on maintaining good supplier relationships and controlling costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Process payments using checks, wire, swift, direct debits.
• Execute manual payments and automated payment runs.
• Run reports on potential duplicate payments and take appropriate action.
• Execute payment related controls.
• Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Interact primarily within your own team and with your direct supervisor.
• Receive detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments.
• Make decisions that impact your own work.
• Act as an individual contributor as part of a team with a predetermined, focused scope of work.
• May require working in rotational shifts.
