Role: Recruiter Intern
Company: Teamware Solutions
Location: Hyderabad – Trendz Skyline, Hitech City
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals such as LinkedIn and Naukri.
- Screen resumes based on job requirements.
- Contact candidates and explain job opportunities.
- Conduct initial candidate screening.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Assist in job postings and recruitment activities.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team.
Qualifications
- Any Non-Tech Graduates or Post-Graduates (BBA, BCom, MBA, M.Com, MCA, BSc, BCA)
