About the Role
Light Hill Capital is looking for an Investment Banking Intern in Jaipur to learn how deals are built, from the initial company note to the final investor conversation.
Key Responsibilities
- Research companies and industries, including business models, competitive landscape, peer benchmarking, market sizing, and key trends.
- Build the information base for a mandate by collecting and organizing client data, financials, and management information into clean, usable formats.
- Support the preparation of teasers, pitch decks, information memoranda, and investor materials.
- Track sectors, transactions, and regulatory developments (RBI, SEBI, Companies Act) relevant to live and prospective mandates.
- Coordinate with clients and counterparties, including following up on data requests, scheduling calls, and keeping timelines on track.
- Take meeting notes and transform them into clear action points for the team.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excel and PowerPoint proficiency, with attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work.
- Strong research instincts.
- Sound grasp of financial statements and valuation basics.
- Clear written and spoken communication skills.
- Professionalism when dealing with clients.
- Ability to manage several follow-ups without constant prompting.
Qualifications
- Students or recent graduates in finance, commerce, economics, or management.
- MBA, CA, CFA, or CS candidates are welcome.
Location: Jaipur (on-site)
Duration: 6 months
Stipend: Rs. 7,000 to 15,000 (profile based)
