About the Role
Fantek is a Chennai-based engineering consultancy and manufacturer of industrial fans, bag filters and dedusting systems. This is a paid, on-site internship at their Chennai office.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and modify 2D drawings in AutoCAD from sketches and markups.
- Create general arrangement and fabrication drawings with bills of material.
- Check dimensions and keep drawings organised and revision controlled.
- Support engineers with calculations and documentation.
Qualifications
- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech student or graduate in Mechanical Engineering.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD 2D drafting.
- Basic understanding of engineering drawings and dimensioning.
- Able to join immediately and work on-site in Chennai.
