About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site SAP FICO role based in Coimbatore.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and controlling requirements.
• Design SAP FICO solutions.
• Configure SAP FICO modules to support core business processes.
• Gather and document requirements.
• Perform system configuration.
• Test changes.
• Resolve incidents.
• Support end users with financial and master data-related issues.
• Participate in project implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Prepare functional specifications.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and custom developments.
• Contribute to process improvements.
• Ensure adherence to organizational standards.
• Provide consulting support to maximize the value of the SAP landscape.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• SAP FICO proficiency, including core financial and controlling functionalities, configuration, and support.
• Experience handling Master Data in SAP.
• Experience in SAP implementation, rollout, or support projects in an enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Business Process and Consulting, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions.
• Solid Analytical Skills to troubleshoot complex issues, interpret financial data, and recommend process improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, prioritize tasks, and manage deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Relevant SAP certifications in FICO or related modules are an advantage.
