About the Role
Digital Lok Studios is seeking a Human Resources HR Intern for a 3-month paid internship in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. This is a learning and practical internship opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle candidate sourcing, calling, and resume screening for different positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
- Assist in hiring and onboarding interns and employees.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and basic employee documentation.
- Coordinate with team members and help maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Manage assigned HR tasks, follow-ups, and daily HR activities properly and on time.
What You’ll Learn
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition.
- Resume screening, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.
- Employee onboarding & HR documentation.
- Attendance, leave management, and basic HR operations.
- Employee engagement & workplace culture building.
- Practical use of AI tools for HR and business productivity.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Students or freshers interested in HR & Recruitment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, responsible, and proactive.
- Comfortable speaking with candidates and team members.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Willing to learn and take ownership of tasks.
- Previous HR experience is not mandatory. Freshers are welcome to apply.
Internship Details
- Duration: 3 Months
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Stipend: ₹3,000/month + Performance Bonus
