AskCruz is a US-based AI company building an operating system for raw material distributors, focusing on steel, lumber, and building materials businesses. They connect a company's emails, calls, and systems into a central hub for the entire team.

About the Role

AskCruz is building its presence on Instagram and is looking for a team to help develop it.

Key Responsibilities

• Run 3–5 Instagram accounts, each with a distinct niche voice (steel, lumber, building materials, founder content, etc.).
• Post short-form video daily, utilizing an in-house AI video studio. Responsibilities include planning, scripting, editing, and publishing.
• Write compelling hooks and captions designed to maximize reach on For You feeds.
• Build community by identifying and engaging with individuals within each niche, initiating genuine conversations in DMs.
• Test ideas rapidly (formats, hooks, DM openers) and provide weekly reports on performance.
• Adhere to the established playbook and contribute to its improvement once mastered.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience running an Instagram account or page with a demonstrable following.
• Ability to explain the success factors of viral reels.
• Skill in writing engaging messages that encourage replies.
• Fluent in both English speaking and writing.
• Aptitude for fast learning and taking direction effectively.
• Comfort with editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, or similar.
• Curiosity about AI tools.
• Availability to work 6 PM–2 AM IST for 6 months.

Qualifications

• A marketing degree, agency experience, or industry knowledge are not required.

Stipend & Benefits

• ₹10,000 monthly stipend.
• Up to ₹5,000 additional per month, based on KPI achievement.

• Hands-on experience growing multiple accounts.

• Consideration for a full-time role upon successful completion of the internship (for strong performers).
