About the Role
Visionary Solutions of Virginia is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals with visual impairments and improving accessibility through innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to Claude AI.
- Assist with managing and optimizing Claude Team plans, user access, and account settings.
- Communicate directly with Anthropic Support to resolve technical and subscription-related issues.
- Research Claude features, integrations, and best practices.
- Help our team maximize Claude's capabilities and improve organizational workflows.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members using Claude.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong working knowledge of Claude AI and its features.
- Familiarity with Claude Team plans, administration, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to investigate technical issues independently.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with Claude Projects, integrations, and API is a plus.
Internship Details
- Compensation: Unpaid
- Location: Remote
- Schedule: Flexible, with a mandatory weekly meeting with our Director to review progress and assignments.
- Start Date: Immediate
- Opportunity: Hands-on experience supporting AI operations within a nonprofit organization.
