About the Role
This role is for a Customer Contact Comms New Associate within the Customer Support vertical.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage/resolve customer queries.
- Handle escalations and complaints from dissatisfied customers, providing resolutions.
- Close faults and complaints within SLAs.
- Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Omnichannel customer service experience.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Qualifications
- Any Graduation.
- English (International) - Proficient language ability.
