Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
- Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
- Help organize employee engagement activities and events
- Assist in drafting HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters
- Handle basic HR operations (maintaining and employee data handling)
