Brand Strategist
Mask360 Agency
About the Role
Mask360 is a creative and growth agency that partners with brands to own their commercial front end, from strategy and brand to content, performance, funnel, and sales. The agency builds customer acquisition and revenue growth using psychological and modern behavioural frameworks, neuromarketing, cognitive biasing, behavioural design, and sensory immersion to craft narratives that drive measurable business outcomes. Mask360 works with brands at key inflection points, including launch (0 to 1), fixing and scaling underperforming funnels, and leading legacy brands through generational transitions. The agency is strategy-led, creative-first, and does not subcontract, focusing on owning growth at every stage of a brand’s journey.
