About the Role
- Provide L2 support for Microsoft 365 (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive) and Kiteworks secure file transfer platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot user access, authentication, file sharing, data transfer, and collaboration-related issues.
- Monitor incidents, system alerts, and service requests, ensuring timely resolution within SLA.
- Perform root cause analysis.
- Support change activities.
- Maintain operational documentation.
- Collaborate with L3 teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues and improve platform reliability.
