About the Role
Pioneer Petro Chem Private Limited is seeking a Marketing Intern for a 3-month paid internship at their New Delhi location. This is an opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on brand-building experience in a company that is a leading name in lubricants and base oils, and is focused on sustainable practices through used-oil recycling.
Key Responsibilities
- Come up with fresh, creative marketing ideas and campaigns for Pioneer and its sustainability/recycling work.
- Shoot and edit short-form videos (Reels, LinkedIn videos, ads, behind-the-scenes at our plant and refinery).
- Be on camera as a presenter or host for brand content.
- Design social media posts, brochures, and creatives on Canva.
- Help manage and grow the company's Instagram and LinkedIn presence.
- Work directly with leadership on brand and digital initiatives.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Very creative, with a strong eye for content and trends.
- Confident and comfortable in front of the camera.
- Good with Canva and graphic design.
- Able to shoot and edit videos (phone or camera; CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN or similar).
- Self-starter who loves pitching ideas and making them happen.
Qualifications
- Recent graduate (any stream; marketing, mass media, design or communications is a plus).
