About the Role
This role requires a Graphic Designer and Video Editor with experience in both graphic design and video design. Basic video/animation graphic design skill is a must, and candidates experienced only with static graphic designs will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Create assets for digital media for use on website and social media.
- Develop and refine Branding elements that support a cohesive visual identity.
- Ensure clear, visually balanced designs across formats using Typography and layout.
- Produce marketing creatives, product visuals, and engage in video editing or motion graphics.
- Adapt designs to different audiences and channels.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Work experience in graphic design and video design.
- Basic video/animation graphic design skill.
- AI image and animation generation (e.g., Claude, Nanobanana).
- Typography and layout proficiency.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design and video tools:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe In Design
- Figma
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- or equivalents
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital media.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong visual storytelling skills.
- Portfolio demonstrating work in marketing creatives, product visuals, and video editing or motion graphics.
Additional Information
- Work from office at Bangalore, HSR Layout (4 days WFO + 1 day remote).
- Candidates must currently live in Bangalore.
- The selection process involves completing an assignment:
- One 6-slide LinkedIn carousel.
- One 10-15 second animated video.
- Candidates with more than 6 years of experience or freshers are not eligible.
- Candidates with an expected CTC higher than 4.8 Lakhs/Year (or Rs.40000/month) are not eligible.
