Associate, Custodial

About the Role

• Service, clean, and sanitize employee common areas, including breakrooms, restrooms, entryways, and other areas as required.
• Dust, clean, and sanitize various surfaces, including floors, mats, door handles, windows, mirrors, and other areas as required.
• Empty and dispose of trash receptacles.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Restock supplies in restrooms and common areas.
• Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed.
• Mix water, detergents, acids, or other cleaning solutions as needed, following safety guidelines and manufacturer recommendations.
• Monitor and report any issues related to safety hazards, repairs, or maintenance needs. Appropriately escalating high-risk and major repairs in a timely manner as necessary.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
• All other duties as needed.

Shift

• 11:00pm-7:00am (3rd shift only)

• Exceptional time management and organization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.
• Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients.
• Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.
• Self-confident, self-motivated polished professional who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
