About the Role
As a GDS SAP Commission Developer, you will be part of the GDS delivery team responsible for the implementation, configuration, enhancement, and support of SAP Commissions solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain SAP Commissions components, participants, plans, and rules.
- Develop commission calculation logic, formulas, quotas, and bonus calculations.
- Troubleshoot commission processing and transaction issues.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and support production deployments.
- Maintain documentation and support Agile delivery processes.
- Execute tasks with increasing autonomy, applying sound judgment within defined parameters and contributing to team outcomes.
- Demonstrate initiative, resolve routine issues independently, and support junior colleagues.
- Anticipate and identify risks within engagements and share any issues with senior members of the team.
- Confirm that work is of high quality and is reviewed by the next-level reviewer.

Qualifications
- Experience with SAP Commissions implementations.
- Experience with SAP Sales Performance Management (SPM).
- SAP CallidusCloud implementation experience.
- Knowledge of SAP HANA.
- Familiarity with incentive compensation management processes.
- Experience supporting global sales organizations.
